Program Fees
All program fees are payable as scheduled and participation in Academy programs is conditional upon payment in full unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Academy.
 

Withdrawal
Written notice of withdrawal must be submitted by email to info@kickersunited.ca. Refunds are not provided once a program has started except where required by applicable law. Registration fees, administrative charges, and issued uniforms or equipment are strictly nonrefundable. Where a participant withdraws prior to program start, the Academy may, at its sole discretion, issue a partial refund or credit after deducting administrative costs and committed expenses.

Non-Refundable Fees
Registration fees, administrative charges, and issued uniforms or equipment are non refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection legislation, and this provision applies in all cases including withdrawal, cancellation, or non attendance.

Medical Withdrawal
Where a participant is unable to continue due to medical reasons, the Academy may consider issuing a partial credit upon receipt of appropriate medical documentation. The amount of any credit shall be determined at the Academy’s reasonable discretion.

Program Cancellation
If the Academy cancels a program for operational reasons, a prorated refund or credit may be issued at the Academy’s discretion.

Force Majeure
The Academy shall not be required to issue refunds for interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control including weather conditions, facility closures, public health directives, governmental restrictions, or other force majeure events.

Payment Disputes
Participants agree to contact the Academy directly to resolve any payment concerns prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a financial institution, and the Academy reserves the right to provide registration records and electronic acceptance logs in response to such disputes.

Final Determination
The Academy’s determination regarding refund eligibility shall be final subject to applicable law.

Consumer Protection
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits, excludes, or overrides any rights or remedies that may be available under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
