Purpose
This Policy governs ownership and protection of intellectual property associated with the Academy’s brand, training systems, curriculum, digital content, and promotional materials. 

Ownership
All logos, trade names, branding elements, training methodologies, curriculum frameworks, written materials, photographs, video recordings, website content, and digital assets are owned by or licensed to the Academy and are protected under Canadian intellectual property law.

Trademark Protection
The Academy name and associated branding are subject to trademark protection and unauthorized commercial use, imitation, or confusingly similar branding intended to create public confusion is strictly prohibited.

Copyright
All website and training content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without prior written authorization.

Limited License
Participants and parents are granted a limited, nonexclusive, revocable license to access Academy content for personal and non-commercial purposes only and such license does not transfer ownership rights.

Enforcement
The Academy reserves the right to pursue available legal remedies for infringement including injunctive relief and damages.

Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
