Code of Conduct

Purpose
This Code of Conduct establishes mandatory standards of behavior designed to maintain a safe, respectful, inclusive, and development focused environment for all participants, parents, coaches, and families involved in Academy programs. 

Player Conduct
Participants are expected to demonstrate sportsmanship, respect for coaches and teammates, compliance with safety instructions, and adherence to principles of fair play at all times during training sessions, games, tournaments, and Academy events.

Parent and Spectator Conduct
Parents and spectators must maintain respectful behavior toward participants, coaches, officials, and other families, avoid sideline interference, and refrain from conduct that disrupts training or competition.

Online Conduct
Participants, parents, and spectators must not engage in defamatory, harassing, abusive, or disruptive conduct toward the Academy, coaches, participants, or other families through social media, messaging platforms, or other digital communications where such conduct materially affects the Academy environment.

Zero Tolerance
Harassment, discrimination, bullying, intimidation, or abusive conduct toward participants, staff, officials, or other parents will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

Disciplinary Measures
The Academy reserves the right to suspend or remove participants or spectators for violations of this Code without refund and may impose additional conditions for continued participation where appropriate. Violations may also affect continued participation, program access, or account standing within the Academy’s registration system.

Governing Law
This Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
