Kouroush Tashtzar’s journey in football began in 1986 when he started playing youth football. Just two years later, he achieved the remarkable feat of becoming the captain of both the Esteghlal youth team and the national youth team. From 1988 to 1990, he played for Esteghlal Tehran, and in 1991, he joined Keshavarz, where he played alongside some of the greatest players in Iranian football history for two seasons. Kouroush returned to Esteghlal Tehran in 1993 and continued his impactful career until 1995. He played a significant role in Esteghlal Tehran, making 103 appearances and scoring 7 goals for the team. Then, he moved to Saipa, contributing to the team's success by helping them qualify for the Azadegan League. His exceptional performance earned him the title of MVP of the League in 1996. During the late 1980s to the mid-1990s, he became one of the first captivating and famous figures in Iranian football. His dedication to the sport extended to representing Iran in all national team categories, from teenagers to youths, Olympic, and students. In 1995, Kouroush was recognized as one of the best indoor players globally during the Student Olympic Games.
With over 20 years of coaching experience, Kouroush has evolved into a seasoned mentor and leader in the realm of soccer. He serves as the manager of Kickers United Pro Academy, bringing his wealth of knowledge and passion to the next generation of football enthusiasts. His commitment to football education ensures that the legacy of excellence continues, creating a dynamic and thriving community within the Kickers United Pro Academy.
Hossein Memar grew up in Tehran and started playing soccer in 1988 when he was very young. He played for 13 years in Iran's Azadegan League, representing famous clubs such as Bahman and Vahdat. Then, Hossein was transferred to the Emirate football league to play for Sharjeh in 2000. Later, he spent seven years playing for Peykan club before retiring as a player.
Following a successful playing career, Hossein seamlessly transitioned into the realm of coaching, driven by his passion for the sport. Eager to enhance his coaching skills, he diligently attended classes and obtained coaching degrees from the AFC (Asian Football Confederation) – A, B, C, and D levels, solidifying his expertise in various aspects of player development. He worked with famous coaches such as Mehdi Tartar as an assistant coach for teams like Pars Jonoubi, Naft Masjed Soleyman, and Paykan. Currently, he is one of the coaches at Kickers United Pro Academy, bringing his valuable experience to the next generation of players. Hossein's story is not just about his success but also about his lasting impact on soccer.
Dr. Morteza Bahraminejad holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Tehran University and an Honorary Professor title from Shi Chahai University of Physical Education in Beijing. He is a certified Strength & Conditioning Coach from Semmelweis University in Hungary, with degrees in Sports Management and Physical Education supervised by the International Olympic Committee, and he is a member of the European College of Sports Medicine.
Dr. Bahraminejad’s extensive coaching experience includes serving as the Strength & Conditioning Coach for various national teams, such as taekwondo, boxing, judo, fencing, wrestling, skating, and football, in a total of seven Olympic Games, including 2020, 2018, 2016, 2012, 2008, 2004, 2000, three Asian Olympic Games, fifteen world championships, and seventeen Asian Games. Notably, he coached the Chinese National Team during the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, securing a gold and a bronze medal. In addition, Dr. Bahraminejad has fifteen years of experience as the Strength & Conditioning coach for soccer teams in the Iran’s Pro-League, including Saipa, Saba-Batri, and Steel-Azin.
